Pins is a private location-based journaling application that allows users to capture and share memories with friends and family through photos, voice notes, and location data.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Pins
• You're responsible for maintaining account security
• One person per account (no sharing)
• Provide accurate account information
• You're responsible for all activity under your account

4. User Content

Your Rights

• You retain ownership of all content you create
• You can delete your content anytime
• You control who sees your content

License to Pins

By uploading content, you grant Pins a limited license to:

• Store and backup your content
• Display content to users you've authorized
• Provide the service's features

Content Rules

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on others' intellectual property
• Contains hate speech or harassment
• Is sexually explicit or violent
• Impersonates others
• Contains malware or spam

6. Acceptable Use

7. Subscription & Payments

• Free tier available with limited features
• Premium subscriptions billed monthly
• Cancel anytime through app store
• No refunds for partial months
• Price changes with 30-day notice

8. Intellectual Property

• Pins name, logo, and design are our property
• You may not use our branding without permission
• We respect others' intellectual property rights

9. Disclaimers

• Service provided "as is" without warranties
• We don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• We're not responsible for user content
• Location and weather data may not be 100% accurate

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pins harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

13. Termination

• You can delete your account anytime
• We may suspend accounts that violate terms
• Upon termination, your right to use Pins ends
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
